Livestrong Political Initiative

A video Lance Armstrong and his foundation made in Iowa recently. It's a really well-made video, and I'm glad to see them taking an initiative to get people to vote with their consciences. As with other orgs, like moveon.org and the One campaign, you sign up to receive email notifications of when your vote or pressure on lawmakers is needed.

Performing a test described in "YOU On a Diet" by Dr. Oz of Oprah fame. It basically involves counting your papillae to detect how sensitive your tongue is (which in turn affects which foods you eat). Mine's on the high-end of the normal range, methinks.
